Traci Peters Obituary

Traci Louise Schenberg Peters

Traci loved to bake, decorate and create. Christmas was her favorite time of year, but she decorated for all the holidays and seasons. Traci loved being able to walk out our back door onto the beach in Puerto Rico. She taught Thor tricks that I didn’t know a cat could do.

Traci passed without warning on April 7th 2020. She joins her father, Gary Schenberg; father-in-law, Jim Peters and brother-in-law, Michael Kavounas in heaven. Traci is survived by her husband, Doug Peters; her son, Travis Hoskins and his fiance Damion Hoskins; her step-daughter, MSgt Shanna Bragg and her husband 2nd Lieutenant Robert Bragg; her mother Debra Miller Schenberg; her sister, Robyn Kellert and her husband, Joe Kellert; her niece, Mikayla Kavounas; nephews, Austin Ricke, Hunter Ricke, Garrett Kellert and Gavin Kellert; her sister-in-law, Sara Deem and her husband, Mark Deem; mother-in-law, Ann Peters; numerous cousins and last, but not least her best buddy, Thor.

I wish there was a way to go back in time so I could show all the outpouring of love from your comments and posts over the last few days. Traci would have been as overwhelmed as I am.

We are unable to schedule a service at this time. Arrangements are being taken care of by Morris Sons Funeral Homes. We will update on their website and on Facebook when we are able to gather and share love and memories.
