Ronald Jerald Daws “POPS” “Pete” May 22, 1942- May 29, 2020 passed away peacefully at Brookdale of Kettering. He was preceded in death by his parents, Montie and Emery Daws, two sisters Palestine Daws, Lelia “Christine “Slagle and partners in crime Chuck and Jim. Survived by brother Edsel (Jenny) Daws. Daughter Sky Michelle Daws, Son Timothy Daws, Daughter Tamela Daws, son Ronald J. Daws II, multiple grandchildren, as well as Aaron (Dana) Ronnebaum , his Frickers’ family and numerous friends. Pops didn’t meet a stranger and was loved by many. In lieu of flowers Family is asking for a simple act of kindness during these tough times (please share) and a toast to Pops the next time your having a cold one at Frickers. The family would like to thank the staff of Lincoln Park Manor, Brookdale of Beavercreek, Brookdale of Kettering and Day City hospice for the excellent care and companionship he received within the last year. Services 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Northfleet Cemetery, Naomi, Kentucky.  Family will receive  friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Morris Sons Funeral Home 1771 E Dorothy Ln. Kettering, Ohio.
