Paul Hufham Jr.

Paul Edward Hufham Jr. age 73 of Medway, succumbed to Covid -19 on Thursday December 17, 2020 in Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek, Ohio.  Paul is preceded in death by his parents: Paul E. & Helen (Willetts) Hufham, Sr., and his sister Dolores Hufham, step-daughter Carmen Jeanette (Mata) Schooler.  He is survived by his loving, devoted wife of 29 years: Linda Lou (Rapp) Hufham. Also surviving Paul are children: (1) Michael (Danielle) Hufham and grandchildren Zachary, Crystal, Caidence; (2) David (Katie) Hufham and grandson Nicholi,  (3) son-in-law Carl Schooler, (4) Richard (Karen) Mata, Jr. and grandson Eric (Brittany) Mata and great-grandchildren Ava, Nora, and soon to be born Eric, Jr. granddaughter Erin (Cory) Andrade and great-grandchildren Kaitlyn, Cory, Jr and Mason, and granddaughter Ashley (Justin) Glaze. (5) Yalonda (Dale) Chinn and grandson Dalton (Caelyn) Chinn, granddaughter Emily (Ben) Barnthouse. Paul loved and was extremely proud of all the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Along with many nieces and nephews, he inherited on his wife's side, also left to mourn the loss of their Uncle Eddy, Jr are Paul's niece Ursula (Norm) Hash, nephew Robert Hayden (Sherri) Clark and family, and niece Heather Clark.  He also counted himself extremely fortunate for all his many loving cousins. Paul served in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years and then enjoyed a long career in DOD Civil Service during the next 30+ years, mostly in test and configuration.  He was the best at his job, be he was also a good, kind man.  During this 50+ year time period, he travelled to over 43 countries.  He worked on many programs, but considered the C-17 to be his baby. Arrangements are pending with Morris Sons Funeral Home, Fairborn.
