John Dohner Moore

John D. Moore, age 72, of West Carrollton, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. He is survived by his wife of 49 years Connie, two sons John Bradley and Timothy Scott Moore, granddaughter Alexis C. Moore, niece Kimberly Phirman, mother-in-law Phyllis Jobe and brother-in-law Jeff Jobe.Friends, M.A. "Bud" Holiga and wife Kim, Rick and Sue Ball.

John was a loving, caring husband, father, and grandfather. John was a member of the PMPA, NRA republicans for over 30 years, and he attended UD and Miami University.

John loved the ocean, sailing, golf, traveling, and was an avid Dayton Flyers, Ohio State, and Cincinnati Bengals fan.  John retired from Ohio Metal Products Co. which he ran successfully with his family by his side for 50+ years. He spent his retirement with his family and his beloved dog Buffy.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Morris Sons Funeral Home, 1771 E. Dorothy Lane, Kettering, OH.  Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
