Jacqueline Graham

Jacqueline Elsie "Jackie" Graham, age 84 of Miamisburg, OH., passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020 at Sycamore Hospital.  She was born in England in 1936 to Joseph and Dorothy Childs. Jackie was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Paul Graham in 2018.  She is survived by her daughter, Angela and her husband Chris Poppaw of Brookville Oh; sons, Stephen Graham and his wife Linda, of Hawkinsville Ga., Michael Graham of Dayton Oh; six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and one brother, Len Childs of England.

Jackie loved jewelry shopping, loved the "bling".  She enjoyed gardening, loved her flowers and watching the birds.  She never knew a stranger, their house was always the gathering place for all the kids friends, everyone was welcome.  Everyone headed straight to the cookie jar for her home baked cookies, especially her Snickerdoodles!  Jackie was not only a wonderful wife and mother, but everyone loved her cooking as well as her baking.  Her specialties were anything from Yorkshire Pudding, to Roast Beef, to Tacos to Chinese dishes.  Her dad had many quotes, but one of her favorites she would repeat often was "always keep your belly button as far away from your backbone as possible".  She would always welcome her guests with hot tea and a good meal.  

Family will receive friends at Morris Sons Funeral Home, 1771 E. Dorothy Lane, Kettering from 12 Noon to 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 18, 2020, immediately followed by a Celebration of Life Service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be left at Morris-Sons.com.
