Dane Forrest Justice, Jr.

Dane Forrest Justice Jr. 84 of Fairborn, passed away Thursday morning, 17 December 2020.  At the time of passing, he had the company of his wife Marty and stepson Jeffery Hall.   Dane was the son of Col. Dane F. Justice, Sr. and Bernice (Cappy) Stubbs.  Also worthy of noting, is Helen E. Justice, Dane Sr.’s wife after Cappy’s passing, and William Allen’s mom.  And of course, for you that knew her, Mildred Justice, Dane Sr's third wife who was the love of Dane Sr's life. Dane Jr. was a career military man as a member of the US Air Force for 27 years.  He traveled the world much like his father did.  Some, but not all of the countries he was stationed in were Germany, Vietnam, Thailand, Vietnam again, and then Japan.  After his time in the active Air Force, Dane spent another 20 years working in the F-16 SPO at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.  While there, he was a productive member of his team and was well regarded by his peers.  In spite of all the time he was gone, he was a good dad, excellent grandfather and best friend to his sons.  Dane was preceded in death by his mother, Bernice Stubbs, his brother William Allen Justice (CPT USAF) his father Dane F. Justice Sr., his stepmothers Helen E. Justice and Mildred Justice, as well as his daughter Laura E. Justice and son Glenn Allen Justice. Dane is survived by his wife Martha Justice, son Dane F. Justice III, stepsons Jeffery Hall, and Robert E. Hall of Fairborn, Ohio; sisters Lee Ann Pelea and Jo Ann Baker, as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.    A funeral service will be held 12 noon, Tuesday December 22, 2020, at Morris Sons Funeral Home, 104 W. Main St. Fairborn.  Family will receive friends from 10-12 noon at the funeral home.  Burial to follow in Fairfield Cemetery, Fairborn. Condolences may be sent to www.morris-sons.com.
