Amy Fouts Obituary

Amy Lynne Fouts of Dayton, Ohio passed away peacefully on May 10, 2022 at the young age of 52 in the arms of her forever love at Hospice of Dayton. She graduated from Miamisburg High School in 1989.  Amy started her career in customer service and ended it as a general manager with Cassano’s Pizza.  This beautiful lady inside and out, unknowingly found her forever love 20 years ago as an acquaintance, then a lifelong friend that became her eternal love. This beautiful love story was cut short because of an illness, leaving her love in an unusual circumstance, because normally the father is giving the daughter to her love. Instead her forever love had to return her to her first true love, her Daddy who had already been called upon 9 years before to help our gracious God, but not before God allowed these beautiful souls to touch many hearts before He called them home.

Amy was preceded in death by her daddy, Kenneth Fouts as well as her grandparents, Verle and Freida Fouts and Herbert and Beatrice Strelow.

Amy is survived by her forever love, Charles “Chuck” White; Mom, Judith Fouts; sister, Suzanne (Greg) Bolick; brother, Stephen (Rochelle) Fouts; sister/close friend Trisha Dickson; nieces, Keely Fouts, Meghan Busby, Tatiana Busby, Ryleigh Fouts; nephew, Dima Busby; mother-in-law, Sue Calloway; father-in-law, James Calloway, Jr.; sister-in-law, Roberta White; brother-in-law, Ralph Mount; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of Life for Amy will be held Sunday, May 15, 2022 at 3 PM at Possum Creek MetroPark, Prairie Dock Shelter, 4790 Frytown Road in Dayton, Ohio... rain or shine. The family would love all who knew and loved her to join them as they celebrate her wonderful life followed by a celebration meal.  Please dress casual and wear purple if you have it.  Also look for signs and purple balloons for correct entrance to the park.

In lieu of flowers, though flowers are beautiful, they soon wilt away unfortunately like the beautiful giving heart which we will be celebrating today, Amy, so please make a donation to Gala of Hope Foundation or Hospice of Dayton in Amy's name to honor how she lived her life, always there with a helping hand and big heart.
