Nicholas Loudakis Obituary

LOUDAKIS, Nicholas J., age 70, of Springfield, passed away Friday, October 28, 2016 at Springfield Regional Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emmanuel and Angelena (Pelizzari) Loudakis; his wife Linda Loudakis and his brother, John Loudakis. He is survived by his son, Tony Loudakis; 6 sisters and brothers: Amalia West, Alethea Adams, Michael Loudakis, George Loudakis, Rita Baxter and Magdalene Loudakis; and numerous nieces and nephews. Nicholas was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving aboard the USS Bole. He received the Vietnam service medal with one bronze star. He received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University and remained a lifelong OSU football fan. He retired from the Miller Brewery and loved to rebuild computers for fun. He was a devoted husband, father and brother and will be deeply missed. Visitation 12:30-1:30pm Tuesday, November 1 with funeral starting at 1:30pm at MORRIS SONS FUNERAL HOME-104 W. MAIN ST. FAIRBORN. Pastor Steve Kimpel officiating. Interment at New Carlisle Cemetery.
