Karen S. Kathmann

Karen S. Kathmann, age 70, passed away on Sunday, September 23rd, 2018 at Kettering Memorial Hospital. She celebrated her 50th Wedding Anniversary this year with the love of her life, Thomas Kathmann. Her greatest joy in life was family, especially her grandchildren. Her caring and giving nature will be greatly missed by all who knew her. In a testament of her selflessness, she continues to touch the lives of others, even after death, by being an organ donor. She never met a stranger, and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend to everyone that had the privilege of knowing her.

Karen is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Thomas H. Kathmann; son Scot T. Kathmann (Sally Kathmann); daughter Beth A. Kincaid (Bartley Kincaid); grandchildren Taylor Kathmann, Dylan Kathmann, Riley Kincaid, Madison Vann, and David Vann; brother Ronald Logsdon (Sandra Logsdon); extended family and countless friends. She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Darlene Logsdon.

Family will accept visitors on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 12:00pm - 1:30pm, followed by a service, burial and luncheon for family and friends. All services will take place at David's Cemetery, 4600 Mad River Rd, Kettering, OH 45429.
