Harry Nielsen Obituary
Harry B. Nielsen age 69 of Miami Township Ohio passed away suddenly Monday, August 28, 2017 at his residence. He was born in Suffolk County, New York to the late Harry B. and Natalie E. (Mayer) Nielsen of Kettering.
Harry graduated Class of 1966 from Archbishop Alter High School where he excelled and developed his passion for football. He retired from Yowell Transportation as a safety coordinator. Harry followed many sports and loved rooting for the Cleveland Browns. He will be remembered by many as a kind, generous and thoughtful man. He was a patient and devoted father who enjoyed coaching and an occasional game of catch with his son.
Harry will be deeply missed by his son, Bill Nielsen and his wife, Kathy, of Cincinnati; sister, Anne Nielsen of Kettering; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends.
Arrangements entrusted through Morris Sons Funeral Home Kettering Ohio. In lieu of flowers, contributions made be made to the family.
