Christopher Leroy Stegeman

Christopher Stegeman, age 52 of Dayton, OH, passed away on May 30, 2017, at Hospice of Dayton. He was preceded in death by his father, Cyril Stegeman. He is survived by his mother, Nancy (Hutchens) Stegeman, sister Pamela (Stegeman) Miller and husband Jerry of Huber Heights, OH, brother Mark Stegeman of New Carlisle, OH, four nephews, Brandon, Tyler and Dylan Bunch, and Jeremy Miller; one niece Stacey Miller; and two great nephews Chase and Alexx. Chase was Uncle Chris' pride and joy. He was looking forward to meeting Alexx.
Chris loved to watch his favorite sports teams - the Miami Dolphins and the Cincinnati Reds. He also loved photography, especially taking pictures of little Chase. He cared for all animals as well. He was very proud of his incredible collection of die-cast police cars. He had one from every county in the State of Ohio!
Private arrangements have been made by the family for internment at Royal Oak Cemetery in Brookville. Arrangements for a celebration of life will be made in the coming weeks by the family.
