Lawrence "Larry" Edward Gifford

GIFFORD, Lawrence (Larry) Edward (JR)  In loving memory went to sleep on December 18th and woke up in the arms of Jesus.  Preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Edward Gifford Sr. and Delores Gifford and sister Dawn Reid Cline.  Larry was a member of Evangel Church of God.  Survived by his loving wife Pamela Gifford; his sisters, Vicki Wint, Jean (Tony) Faeta, Janice McDowell, Teresa (Mark) Foor, brother, David (Valerie) Gifford; children Jennifer (Dan) Walker, Jason Paolatti, Karen Gifford, Amber Gifford, Sara Burnett, Jacob (Debra) Curtis, Michael Gifford, Cody (Ashley) Liston; 16 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.  Also loved by many nieces and nephews, other family members and friends. Larry retired from Millers Textile service after 18 years, his greatest passion was being an umpire for 30 plus years. Visitation 5-8 PM, Friday, December 21, 2018 at Evangel Church of God 132 North Smithville Rd. Dayton, OH 45305. Funeral Service will be 11 AM Saturday, December 22 at the church with Pastor David Renfro officiating. Contributions may be made to Evangel Church of God food pantry, OHSAA, Delco Park Tree Planting.  Services entrusted to Morris Sons Funeral Home Kettering.  Condolences may be left at Morris-Sons.com
