Donald Jones Obituary

Donald F. Jones, 80, passed away Monday, December 9, 2019 in Kettering, Ohio. He was born in Columbus, Ohio to the late Warren H. Jones and Beatrice O. (Cowgill) Bostick. Don proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. While he was stationed in Japan, Don fell in love and married his late wife, Teru (Tanifugi), who preceded him in death in 2014.

For many years, Don enjoyed working as Maintenance Supervisor for Sears. He was an avid bowler and enjoyed many golfing trips throughout the southern states. Don's loved ones will miss his honest, joking presence. He is survived by twin brother, Ronald (Pat) Jones of Richfield, NC.;brother, Clint (Joyce) Bostick of Piqua, OH; nieces and nephews, Tony (Christy) Jones, Lori (Doug) Kromer, Tammy Michael, Missy Childress, and Martha Wing; Michael (Lauren) Bostick, Doug Bostick, Dave Bostick, Jon Bostick, and Billy (Christy) Weinstiger.

Private family services will be observed at a later date. Morris-Sons Funeral Home is honored to assist Don's family with his arrangements.
