This obituary was written as a loving tribute by Dillion McComas to honor his father,  Bryan Keith Rogers.

Bryan Keith Rogers, age 49, passed away on Thursday, February 21, 2019.  From his birth in the city of Xenia, Ohio to his death on Thursday he strived to be a great husband, an amazing father, as well as a caring friend. He was someone who would at any time of day would be there to listen and help you through anything you needed help with.  Bryan had a robust mindset on accomplishing any task or goal he put his mind to as well as a substantial work ethic. His day would start with getting up at 6 AM for work, coming home to father his children and then doing things around the house until the sun went down.  Bryan loved to sit and strum on his guitars for hours.  If there was a song he wanted to know how to play, he would spend hours on it until he got the perfect sound he wanted.  He was a perfectionist with all his hobbies especially including working on his cars and motorcycles.  His motorcycles were his prized possessions!  Bryan was an only child to mother, Marilyn Rogers and father, Ralph Rogers and grew up in Xenia.  From there he went on and met a lady he would be with 25+ years later, his wife, Holly McComas, with whom he would start a family.  Bryan was a father to Michelle Rogers and Brandon, Dillon and Zachary McComas. He was also a step-father to Megan, Josh, Amber and Jessica McComas; and grandfather to Abbi, Aydin, Jaelynn, Kinsley, Dominic, Beckett, Keegan and Landon.  Bryan was preceded in death by his father, Ralph and his daughter, Michelle. Thursday was an eerie, disconsolate day for the family and friends of Bryan but his heart will always be there.  An astonishing, humble man with a nurturing heart, forever in loving memory, rest in peace, Bryan Rogers.

A Memorial Service will be at 6:00 PM on Tuesday March 5, 2019 at Morris Sons Funeral Home 1771 East Dorothy Lane, Kettering, OH. with Pastor Rob Wackerman officiating.
