Janet Steiner Obituary

STEINER, Janet Marlene, age 83, passed away Monday, September 12, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles & Wyoma Bush & her sister, Gladys Bingman. Devoted mother & loving granny to her 3 children: Karen Harris, David Steiner & Michael Steiner; 4 grandchildren: Taressa Gebhardt Ho, Michael Gebhardt, Nicole Steiner & Jessica Steiner; 5 great-grandchildren: Kiefer Gebhardt, Michaela Murlin, Max Gebhardt, Logan Womacks & Kalia Womacks; and numerous nieces & nephews. Janet was an animal lover and was famous for taking in strays within a 10 mile radius. She was a nature lover, a gardener and a devout Catholic. She had a long career in the nursing field and was a devoted caregiver. Family will receive friends 5-7 pm Thursday, Sept. 15. Services 1 pm Friday at MORRIS SONS FUNERAL HOMES, 1771 East Dorothy Lane, Kettering, Ohio. Interment at David's Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to SICSA or the Humane Society of Greater Dayton. Condolences may be sent to www.morris-sons.com.
