Brenda DeWinter Obituary

DeWinter, Brenda L age 64, of Vandalia, passed away July 21, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton after a brief illness. Brenda served in the United States Marine Corp, and retired from security services at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. She was preceded in death by her mother Helen Sassaman, and brother Fred DeWinter.  Brenda is survived by her wife of 30 yrs., Lori McGuffey, father, Richard Sassaman, sisters, Barb Hartley, and Penny Few, brother Joe DeWinter, sisters-in-law, Deb Mahle, Dee Simon, and Stephanie Spencer; numerous nieces and nephews, her loving dog, Rowdy, and extended family, Dottie, Betsy, Chuck, and Chad, and a host of friends.
Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Hospice of Dayton. Services 7:00 pm Tuesday July 25, 2017 at Morris Sons Funeral Homes 104 W. Main St Fairborn. Family will receive friends from 5-7 before the service. Donations to Hospice of Dayton may be made in lieu of flowers. Condolences may be sent to morris-sons.com.
